Maurice Evans "Dr. Zaius" costume and display from Planet of the Apes. (TCF, 1968) This costume consists of a "Zaius" shirt worn by Maurice Evans in the Interrogation sequence when Taylor (Charlton Heston) was being interrogated.

The pants are worn by James Whitmore (another Orangutan) who played the President of the Assembly. The costume is mounted on a custom mannequin with re-cast feet, hands and lifelike head to complete the display.
